We adopt a 15-day policy as long as the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself.
Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, swimwear, bodysuits, stockings & jewellery are not eligible for return.

We accept returns on products purchased on The Sunday Surprise for a nominal free of Rs. 100. Exchange is free.
