  • Domestic: We accept Debit/Credit cards, PayTM, Net Banking, and COD. International: All international cards (except Amex from select countries) and PayPal. Gift cards/ Store Credit Vouchers: These (issued by us) can be used against any order value, either below or above the credit voucher amount.
  • Yes, you may contact our Customer Delight Team for further details.
  • Yes, you may, if your order has not been dispatched. Please get in touch with our Customer Delight Team at the earliest to change/cancel your order.
  • In the event of a damaged/wrong product being delivered to you, please initiate a return or reach out to us on help@thelabellife and please allow us 24 - 48 hours from delivery of said damaged product to get back to you for the same.

    Please note to include an unboxing video to claim a return of the damaged/wrong/missing items in your parcel and help us resolve your issue seamlessly.

    Please ensure that packaging of the received product is intact with you for return/replacement.
