THELABELLIFE E-GIFT CARDS

Our e-gift cards are delivered via email and contain a unique code that can be used at checkout. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

Yes, you can use multiple gift cards in a single order. Simply enter each gift card code at checkout.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, products purchased using gift cards follow our standard return policy.

WASH CARE

The following fabrics can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle: Cotton Twill, Cotton, Polyester Lycra, Polyester, Polyester Satin, Poplin, Polyester Crepe, Polyester Georgette, Polyester Twill, Corduroy, Banana Crepe, Tencel Jersey.

The following fabrics should be hand-washed: Lycra blends, Viscose Modal, Embroidered fabrics, Embellished fabrics, and Spandex.

The following fabrics must be dry cleaned: Tulle, Lace, Sequinned, Tweed, Velvet, Suede, and Organza.

Store garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use padded hangers for delicate items and fold knitwear to prevent stretching. Keep garments in breathable garment bags for long-term storage.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1,499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies across India.

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for metros and 7-10 business days for other locations. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available for select pin codes.

We offer a 15-day easy return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Returns are free for orders above ₹1,499.

You can initiate a return through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer service. Our logistics partner will pick up the item from your doorstep within 2-3 business days.

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
