We, as a brand, have always been inspired by YOU. So here we are starting with a new series, where we get to catch-up with some of the many wonderful ladies who’ve made their mark in every walk of life.
In the world of art, there are those who paint with colours, and then there are those who live through them. Hiral Mehta, a contemporary artist, new mom, and passionate podcaster, falls into the latter category.
1. Where do you seek inspiration from?
I always like to work around where people are there, I find a lot of energy from them.
2. How do you define confidence?
I think just being myself, being humble and grounded.
3. Tell us one thing you love about being an artist.
So art is therapeutic. When I started as an artist, I believe a lot of my traumas were healed. It was where I could process my mind, process myself and I got to know myself better.
Shifting our focus from the world of art to the realm of self-care and wellness, we discovered the incredible Karina Ramchandani, celebrity pilates instructor, loving mother, fitness enthusiast, and self-proclaimed 'hopeless romantic.'
1. What do you love the most about pilates?
I love the convenience of it, just with a mat and you can do it anywhere!

Pilates is definitely growing and I'm glad to see that. Because it really does strengthen your lower back and it helps with recovery.
